Victory Church consists of a congregation that is committed to exalting Jesus Christ, experiencing the manifest presence of God, equipping believers with the Word of God, empowering believers through the baptism in the Holy Spirit, encouraging the saints to identify and exercise their gifts, so we can continue to evangelize the world.

We do this through teaching the Word of God and providing outlets for gifts to be exercised.
